Violet Virginia Sapergia
It is with deep sadness the family announces the passing of Violet Virginia Sapergia on Saturday, October 1st, 2022 at the Sherbrooke Community Centre in Saskatoon, SK, at the age of 94 years. Violet was born to Horace and Annie Andrews on December 17th, 1927 in a farm house in the Sweet Grass District in the R.M. of Caron, SK. She was predeceased by her husband, Paul; her parents, 5 siblings, 2 half siblings, and great-grandson, Scott. Violet leaves behind her daughter, Paulett Sapergia; son-in-law, Chuck French; granddaughters, Lorna (Trevor) Conquergood, and Marlo (Lee) Morelli; great-grandchildren: Lauren, Julia, Nicholas, Renelle, Martine and Reese; sister, Bernice; and half-sisters, Olive and Marilyn. Violet will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 22nd, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home. Celebrant Dave Foley will officiate and interment will take place at Sunset Cemetery. Those unable to attend may view the service virtually by going to www.moosejawfuneralhome.com/webcast/. As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Violet may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane. I am so sorry to hear of Vi’s passing. I knew her and Paul through Bea ( Sapergia) Balfour. I also saw her at Timothy Eaton’s. She always took the time to visit and give a hug. She was a wonderful person.

I am sorry to her of Vi’s passing. I missed her after she moved to Saskatoon. She was always very kind to me, as she was to everyone. She was a lovely lady. My sincere condolences to Bernice, Paulett and the family.
