Laura Beatrice Pointer
Laura Beatrice Pointer aged 70 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on Tuesday, September 16th, 2025. Laura was born on June 23rd, 1955. She was a devoted wife, mom, and grandma and enjoyed going to her grandson’s baseball and hockey games. She was always planning family gatherings and was the life of the party. Laura especially loved Elvis.
Predeceased by her parents, Emil and Julia Meili; brother, Duncan Meili; sister, Dianne Campbell; and niece, Theresa Willis. Laura is survived by her husband, Gordon; sons, Corey and Darnell; grandson, Sage; sisters: Marion, Mona (Subosh), and Shirley; brothers, Roland (Judy) and Gerry (Irene); as well as numerous nieces, nephews and their families.
A Celebration of Laura’s Life will be held on Friday, September 26th, 2025 from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Cosmos Senior Citizens Center, 235 – 3rd Ave NE in Moose Jaw. Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane. Cara Ashworth, Funeral Director 306-693-4550
