I am sorry for your loss.
We loved brother Gordon. It was evident in his life , he followed Jesus. He was a faithful, compassionate and kind friend. He had wisdom and knowledge, in many areas and was a pleasure to visit with. We will truly miss him. (Til we meet again.)
Our condolences. Remember Gordon as a great neighbor and my French teacher
Gord ( Mister McIvor) was my French teacher in high school and certainly one of my favourite teachers ever. He treated his students with respect and a caring attitude. He and Rae were a wonderful couple and set a great example for all of us to follow.
Words cannot describe how deeply saddened we are by your loss.
A godly man with a beautiful soul and a kind heart, he touched and changed so many lives for the better. We feel truly blessed to have had him in our lives for so many years. You will be deeply missed, Ta
Thank you for everything you’ve done to our family Ta !! The man who taught me how to drive to skate to golf and life in general. May you rest in peace.
Mr McIvor – what a great teacher. I still remember his smile when he asked “Habitez-vous à Boharm” when we could not answer his questions in French. He was a favourite teacher of many and still greeted me 50+ years later. I am sorry for your loss.
Dear Bruce & Stuart, sending you condolences at the loss of your pops. I remember your mom & dad very fondly from our visits to Hall Street and your visits to Charleswood Road. He was a very good man and will be missed. With love, Rose Mary
