Carson Shea Lemieux
It is with great sadness that the family of Carson Shea Lemieux announce his passing on Sunday, March 1st, 2026, at the tender age of 29 years, in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
Carson was born on May 24th, 1996, in Regina, Saskatchewan, to Shelley Lemieux and Michell Weisbrod. He had an active childhood and enjoyed sports such as hockey, soccer, skateboarding, and swimming. He had an easy-going nature and loved to make people laugh.
At a very young age Carson took interest in music, so his grandparents taught him how to play the guitar. He enjoyed spending time at his grandparents’ acreage – biking, quadding and sharing time with his cousins. He assisted his grandpa with farmwork and during calving season.
Carson spent the majority of his life residing in Moose Jaw with his family. His charismatic personality and kind heart magnetized many close friends. His passion for music evolved as he grew and he could learn to play any song on his guitar by simply listening to it. In his quiet moments, this brought him peace and solitude. Carson used his talent towards artistic self expression and created his own music, which he was so proud of. He enjoyed sharing it with friends and family. Playing guitar and creating music while surrounded by friends brought him profound joy and happiness.
Carson valued family and would close every conversation with an “I love you.” He enjoyed vacations with his family to the lakes nearby and to the mountains in Alberta. He was always searching for adventure and chasing freedom.
Carson had a smile that could light up a room and a friendly, gentle demeanor. His inclusive kindness made all feel welcome and comfortable in his presence. His gentle spirit has touched the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.
He was predeceased by his great-grandparents and several extended family members. Carson is survived by his mother, Shelley Lemieux (Walter Cuthbertson); siblings: Brooklyn, Ashton, and Kaiden; father, Michell Weisbrod and family; aunt, Candace Lemieux; cousin, Catalina; grandparents, Colleen and Henri Lemieux; as well as many close friends and extended family.
A Celebration of Carson’s life will be held on Saturday, March 21st, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. in the Harvey Room at Moose Jaw Funeral Home. Those not able to attend may view the service by going to www.moosejawfuneralhome.com/
