Niels Kristoffersen
Niels Kristoffersen passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 29th, 2026, at the age of 77. Niels was born on April 6th, 1948, in Denmark and moved to Moose Jaw, SK with his family in 1952. Following his time in the Royal Canadian Navy, Niels lived in Edmonton, AB for many years before ultimately returning to Moose Jaw for his retirement.
He was predeceased by his parents, Niels and Anna, and by his best friend since childhood, Allen Gould. Niels is survived by his sister, Jonna. In keeping with Niels’ wishes, no service will be held. I met your brother at his residence in Providence Place. A wonderful human ❤️
I’d see him out and about while he was out on excursions to local stores.
Though his body restricted him from the freedom of expression, he always managed to pass along a friendly positive greeting.
I feel blessed to have met and come to know him even just a little.
