Jim Johnson

Jim Johnson, aged 57 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away peacefully at home.  Jim was born in Brandon and received his education in Moose Jaw.  He married Bonnie Hutchinson on September 3rd, 1975 and together they raised two sons.  Jim was employed with various construction companies, where he worked as a carpenter.  He loved to tinker with his son, Dave and watch his son, Kevin play sports.  Jim also loved to fish and hunt.  He was predeceased by his parents, Russell and Ingrid; and sister-in-law, Linda Hutchinson.  Jim will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Bonnie; sons, David (Shelley) and Kevin (Senie); his grandchildren: Jordan, Jayme and Karston; sisters, Pal (Gary) Eaves and Karin; brother, John (Halina); special friend, Doris Dunlop; as well as numerous other relatives.  A Private Family Service will be held.  Flowers are gratefully declined.  As an expression of sympathy, donations in Jim’s name may be made to The Canadian Diabetes Assoc., 917A Albert St., Regina, SK S4R 2P6.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  Todd Sjoberg, Funeral Director 306-693-4550.
