Lyall James Belsher

Lyall James Belsher, aged 61 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Thursday, November 13th, 2014.  Lyall will be lovingly remembered by his wife, LeAnne Belsher; his children: Colin (Angie), Ryan (Kelsey), Nicole (Kerry) and Bobbi (Blair); grandchildren: Keaton, Hudson, Caleigh and Breckyn.  He is also survived by and will be dearly missed by his mother, Mary; sister, Glenda (Don); brothers, Calvin and Glenn (Shauna); as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  He was predeceased by his first love, Corinne; father, Glen; mother-in-law, Mary; sister-in-law, Lori; and nephew, Makis.  Lyall was loved for his sense of humour and loyalty to family and friends.  Outside of his family commitments, Lyall lived for the 49ers and was the President of the Army, Navy and Air Force Veterans Club…  “One More Then I Gotta Go!”  The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 18th, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the Hillcrest Apostolic Church, 1550 Main St N, Moose Jaw, SK with Pastor Marvin Seaborg officiating.  As an expression of sympathy, donations in Lyall’s name may be made to the ANAVETS Branch #252, 279 High St W, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 1S7.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  Gary McDowell, Funeral Director 306-693-4550.
