Edward Thomas Wendzina
Edward Thomas Wendzina, aged 56 years of Tuxford, SK passed away on Wednesday, June 26th, 2019. Ed was born on February 20th, 1963 in Moose Jaw, SK. He was predeceased by his mother and father, Thomas and Yvonne; brother, Bobby; aunt, Gloria; brother-in-law, Lloyd Connolly; niece, Trisha; and cousins: Kenny, Danny, and Wade. Ed is survived by the love of his life and best friend, Sonja; daughters: Eliecia, Merissa (Jordan), and Kendra; granddaughters, Hanna and Mila; siblings: Timothy, Suzy (Brian), Terry, Peggy (Frank), Darren (Lorna), Kevin, Wanda (Paul), and Ken; stepmother, Sue Wendzina and family; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 6th, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home. Celebrant Dave Foley will officiate and Ed will be laid to rest in Rosedale Cemetery with his mother and aunt, and not far from his brother. I remember Eddy as a young boy.
Eddy was always one of those individuals that drew people to him. A kind person who really lived life as it should be, by your own terms. We are all in this together Eddy and we will all meet again one day and that day will be in peace. God’s speed brother, God’s speed.
My deepest condolences to Eddy’s family. He has been taken at such a young age. Doesn’t seem that long ago living down the street from him and his siblings.
