Leo Olaf Olson

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Leo Olaf Olson on Monday, June 27th, 2016 at the age of 81 years.  He was predeceased by his wife, Nellie (2010); parents, Peter and Retia; 2 brothers and 1 sister; and son, Bob.  Leo is survived by his son, Les (Eileen); Dianne (Herb), Linda (Larry), Bonnie (David), Lochie (Cindy) and Debrah (Pierre); siblings: Dennis, Ralph (Mavis), Betty, Susan and Terry; as well as his grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.  The majority of Leo’s working life was spent as a painter, and he retired from Kalium Chemicals in the 1990’s.  He was an avid golfer and a member of the Lynbrook Golf Course for many years.  Leo enjoyed watching sports in the off season.  In keeping with Leo’s wishes, there will be no Funeral Service.  The family would like to thank the staff of Extendicare Moose Jaw for their wonderful care.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  Gary McDowell, Funeral Director 306-693-4550
