Mervin Glen Knight

Mervin Glen Knight, aged 80 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on Thursday, December 24th, 2015.  A Graveside Service will be held at a later date.  He was predeceased by his parents, Roy and Laura Knight; daughter, Debra; and siblings: Don Knight, Helen (George) Wenman and Larry Knight.  Mervin is survived by his sister, Marlene Rousell; sisters-in-law, Eleanore Knight and Lyla Knight; aunt, Inez Cumberland; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.  Merv was born in Spalding, SK on March 26th, 1935.  He worked for CP Rail as a switchman in his early years.  Merv was very fond of dogs and was a fixture at the Uptown Restaurant for morning breakfasts and suppers.  Merv had a very generous heart.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  James Murdock, Funeral Director 306-693-4550
