Wayne M. Havanka
November 28 th, 1964 – September 9 th, 2007
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Wayne on Sunday, September 9 th, 2007. He was predeceased by his father Melvin and mother Linda; also father in law Walter. He is survived by his loving wife Debra and two children Chey and Kiley; brother Cory (Brenda), Alicia and Caleb; sister Carrie (Rob), Chad, Nicole and Brittany; sister Colleen (Ken) Hallgren, Tara, Paula and Sarah; brother Dwayne; sister Joanne; sister in law Karen (Brad) Duncan, Brennen and Nairen; brother in law Ross (Stevie) Artemenko, Taylor, Nikki, and Kaden; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and great nieces and nephews. Wayne was a loving, caring man who always put his family first. He had many different passions from roping and riding to building anything and everything with his hands. Wayne built his dream home on the acreage for his family and loved riding horses with his wife and children. Wayne also enjoyed time with his friends and co-workers from CPR and the City of Moose Jaw. He was an amazing man, one who was willing to give his time and energy into helping others. Wayne will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of knowing him. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations will be accepted by the family in trust for Chey and Kiley. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 13 th, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. in the Hillcrest Apostolic Church, 1550 Main St. N. Pastor Wade Fitzpatrick will officiate and Interment will take place at a later date at Rosedale Cemetery.
