Evan Hagerty

Evan Hagerty went home to be with his Lord and Saviour on December 28th, 2008 at the age of 87 years. Left to cherish his memory are his family, step-children George (Wendy) Richmond,Linda (Giovanni) Mazzuca, Douglas (Arlene) Richmond; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Anne Hagerty; nephews and nieces Jim (Merle) Hagerty, Shelda (Jim) Strom, Ron (Sharon) Hagerty, Marg Hagerty, Ross (Nadine) Hagerty, Paul (Jeanette) Young, Alta Dyck, Audrey Falloch, Harold Young, and Steve Young. Evan was predeceased by his wife Emma of 44 years; his parents Ted and May; his sister Verna; brother Archie and nephew Gordon. A Celebration of Evan’s Life will be held on Tuesday, January 6th, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. in Hillcrest Apostolic Church, 1550 Main Street North. Rev. Allan Buchanan will officiate and interment will be at Rosedale Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Sask., 279 3rd Ave. N., Saskatoon, Sk., S7K 2H8.
