Mona Flowers
Mona Flowers, aged 88 years of Moose Jaw, SK passed away on Sunday, November 11th, 2018. Mona was born in Moose Jaw and received her education at Keeler, SK. She married Ben Flowers and together they raised 4 children. Mona retired from Valley View Center where she worked as a housekeeper. She enjoyed bowling, bingo, dancing, music, and visiting with family. She was predeceased by her husband, Ben; grandson, Shaun; and daughter-in-law, Loretta. Mona will be lovingly remembered by her children: Caulette (Bob) Boisclair, Melvin (Barb) Flowers, Terry Flowers, and Penny (Marty) Lawrence; grandchildren: Jason, Melissa, Michael, Quincy, Shantana, Tony, Brooke, Coralea, and Cory; and numerous great-grandchildren. In keeping with Mona’s wishes, a Private Family Service will be held. Flowers are gratefully declined. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Mona’s name may be made to The Moose Jaw Humane Society, Box 1658 Station Main, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 7K7. I will miss you forever, and a day grandma. You meant the world to me!!! Our coffees together, cutting the grass, and shoveling snow, all the little things I will cherish forever.
