William A. Donaldson

William A. Donaldson, of Moose Jaw, Sask., passed away on Tuesday, January 30 th, 2007 at the age of 73 years. Born in the family farm house near Parry, Saskatchewan on February 12 th, 1933. Don is survived by his wife, Shirley; son: Gordie and children, Brent and Kala; daughters: Cindy (Chad) and children, Amy and Amanda; Cathy (Kam) and children, Kaitlyn and Kelsey; one sister Audrey Thomas of Weyburn, Sk; one brother Jack (Gerry) Donaldson of Spruce Grove, Ab.; and daughter-in-law Maxine Donaldson. Don spent 25 years with the Canadian Armed Forces. He returned to Moose Jaw in 1976 and worked for the Public School Board until his retirement. Don loved to read, working on his cars, going for coffee and visiting with friends. At Don’s request, there will be no funeral service. Private family burial will take place at Gull Lake Cemetery. Donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan 2360-2 nd Ave. Regina, Sask., S4R 1A6 in Don’s name, would be appreciated by the family.
