Robert “Bobby” Stacy Bird

Robert “Bobby” Stacy Bird, aged 54 years of Moose Jaw, SK passed away on Saturday, January 2nd, 2021.  Bobby was born in Moose Jaw, SK on July 31st, 1966 to John Anthony and Delia Bird.  He received his education at Lindale School and Peacock High School, then went to Red Deer and graduated as a Journeyman Autobody Technician.  Bobby worked at various locations in Moose Jaw, most recently at Davey’s Rod Customs and Restorations.  He was a quiet, loving man who loved to work on vintage cars.  He was predeceased by his parents, John Anthony and Delia Bird; brother, Clarence Bird; and nieces, Margaret Sarah Williams and Sontona Bird.  Bobby will be lovingly remembered by his sister, Darlene (Jim) Laurent; brother, John (Angela) Bird; sister, Becky Anthony; as well as his nieces and nephews.  A Private Family Service will be held to honour Bobby.  As an expression of sympathy, donations in Bobby’s name may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, Unit 26 – 1738 Quebec Ave, Saskatoon, SK S7K 1V9.  Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.  Todd Sjoberg, Funeral Director 306-693-4550
