Robert “Bob” Constable
It is with saddened hearts that the family of Robert “Bob” Constable aged 72 years of Moose Jaw, SK, announces his passing on Thursday, November 13th, 2025 at the Regina General Hospital, with his wife Sue and his children Cheryl, Rick, and Janice by his side.
He was predeceased by his parents, Madge and Frank Constable; in-laws, John and Edna Lutz; sister-in-law, Lynn Constable; aunts and uncles, Jack and Phyllis Bray, Dave and Bunny Phillips, Jean and Chink Semper, Edna and Bill Jamieson, and Mame Walker, and cousin, Eleanor Carnegie. Bob is survived by his wife and best friend of almost 55 years, Sue; daughter: Cheryl Jurke (Trevor) and their children Jordan, Isaac, Katie, Leah, and Gracie; son, Rick Constable (Robin) and their children Andon and Shaylan; daughter, Janice Constable (Clint DeMarce) and their children Jordan, Jaicee, Shae, and Jessie; brothers, Wayne Constable (Bev) and Dale Constable; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Bob was born in Moose Jaw on July 14th, 1953 and attended King Edward School and Riverview Collegiate. In 1970 he married Susan Lutz. Bob enjoyed many hours travelling around the south country hunting white tail and mule deer. Time was also spent bird hunting. This was followed by the fun of making homemade sausage. Many laughs over the years were heard from the basement during sausage making.
Bob and Sue made two trips to Flin Flon, MB to fly into a remote fishing cabin with his buddy Jim. He always thought he could live up there – no phones ringing, just the quiet and the lake. His true passion was hunting and fishing.
Bob was second generation of Constable Service with Wayne and Dale. About ten years ago they sold to his nephew Scott, who Bob continued to work for until health issues required more attention.
Bob enjoyed his family time, barbecuing, heading to Cheryl’s to help with harvest, and loved to just be at home.
The family is very thankful for the support and love they have received during this very difficult time. Bob will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
“Life will never be the same.”

Dear Constable family, offering prayers for comfort in your loss.
Janice, Jordan, Jaicee and Sue. I am so sorry for the loss of your father Grandfather and husband. I remember when your Dad worked on my mustang. His kindness, honesty and integrity were beyond measure. He had to work on it for awhile and I so I was able to get to know him a little. You have lost an incredible man. You are in my thoughts as you begin your journey without him by your side. He is watching over you and all of your family. Memories of a great father Grandfather and husband as you all know are there to help ease you through. Sending hugs, Cathy
