My deepest sympathies to all family and friends. I had the opportunity to go to elementary school with Kelly. He was always so much fun. The last I spoke with him he relayed his passion for fishing.

My condolences to the Wiens Family. Kelly was always giving me advice as to how to catch the Big One. We had many good laughs over the years when I seen him. Rest In Peace Kelly.
