JOSEPH “JOE” CHORNEY

January 29th, 1940 – August 6th, 2026

Joseph “Joe” Chorney, aged 86 years of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, passed away Thursday, August 6th, 2026.

You have always been loved by your family: wife of 61 years, Lorraine; daughter, Theresa; granddaughter, Aleksei (Kellee) and Kason; granddaughter, Claudia; sister, Anne; as well as numerous relatives and friends.

When Joe was at a young and impressionable age, his father Andrew passed away.  From that time forward, Joe grew to be the strong, independent, hard-working man we all know.

Thank you to all the healthcare professionals, doctors, and specialists that helped, supported, and guided us through this journey.  

In keeping with Joe’s wishes, there will be no Funeral Service.  As an expression of sympathy, donations in Joe’s name may be made to a charity of one’s choice.  

Forever will his daughter Theresa miss the “Father Joe drive by”.  I love you, Dad.
